@@ShubhiTripathi...2611 You have completely misunderstood my viewpoint. I am not saying that she has not done any hardwork to achieve this goal. She might have done definitely too much hardwork to succeed at this level.
But problem is that nowadays, almost 99% "Civil Services Aspirants" are preparing for this exam just to get "Name & Fame" and "Media Attention" so that they live their entire life like "Bollywood Stars or Cricketers or Sportspersons or Famous Politicians" without doing anything beneficial for the society.
Hardly 1% civil services aspirants really have this motivation of "Nation First & Nation Serving". Ofcourse in front of "Media and in UPSC Interview" they mention that they want to serve the nation but in most of the cases this is not found true.
So, stop giving them too much credit because most of them are found as "Corrupted IAS Officer" later on in the public life. Moreover, To bring a significant change in the society you only need to work with "Will power" and "Dedication" not name & fame. Name & Fame will automatically come and you need not worry about that.
The problem is that today everybody wants popularity with a very little effort. Best example is Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam who dedicated his entire life for the nation without caring for "Name & Fame". Our soldiers sacrifice their lives to protect the country and they never care for Name & Fame.
Also, job of IAS Officers is to serve the society and nation and not to get "Name & Fame".
I appreciate because after interview koi IAS, IPS dikhta hi nhi h
