  • I met another charcoal enthusiast who is the brother of a fire performer I have been working with the past few months. He makes artisan charcoal for cooking. There is some information in here that is not included in the first tutorial I made for the charcoal flakes. We will also be showing a different method for making charcoal and will be making our own special briquettes in the future. Coming up next with charcoal will be a review on some cages that a performer sent to me. It's been a long wait for the review so I can't wait to produce it and show you guys what you've been missing out on.

Love your videosman! But if you go through as much c harcoal as I think you do, you should seriously look in to making yourself a charcoal retort kiln out of a 55 gallon drum. All you do is load it up and start a small fire in the burn chamber to get it running and from that point on it runs on it's own gaseous byproducts. So it will stop on it's own once there is no more volatiles to burn out of the charcoal. All you need is an angle grinder to cut the metal and some 6+ inch steel tubing for the internal rocket stove.
