I've been hustling so much I havent had time to think about what to do with the money. I was thinking of buying real estate or opening a franchise, the latter would require more capital though. Money club I appreciate the list but not very helpful, i am past the basics (budgeting or saving for retirement) and looking to invest.
Don't open a franchise. create a business that is future proof. What I mean by that is no matter how bad the economy may get, you will still be making money. This is important for this day and age because we are due for an economical breakdown... Real estate would be wise but you have to learn it properly. I suggest investing in Dean Graziosi or Grant Cardone's training courses to learning Real Estate.

yo find what you love to do. do you love hustling? do you love to buy and flip? just do that. fuck that recession bullshit. if you're fuck in good...you make money in downmarkets. any industry. you just gotta make your mind up. businesses will all have ups and downs forever, and a "recession proof" business will fuck in collapse if the dude running it sucks. find what you love and do that...but if you need to buy some time mine crypto...preferably ethereum. not fuck in 1 rig...get like 20-50 and mine that shit until you figure out what you wanna do.
If it's Garyvee, I first like, then I watch.

Of course!! However the purpose of his talks is all about value and knowledge, he could've in addition to getting paid been even more in it for the money and had been pushing a sales forward keynote.
Gary is doing what he is doing for his own gains..Talking in public feeds his ego. Standing before X amount of people and telling them what to do, makes you feel like "king".
There are many perspectives to this "case".
1. He wants to be right. He wants to predict and be remembered for it.
2. He wants fame, simply.
3. The money is amazing for his level.
4. He wants current/future book sales, so he tries to provide "value" and spread the image of "i know business" with public speaking.
Silly humans thinking people actually give a f*ck.

Sure he's egotistcle, I'm glad he is because of it he has been able to scale his message to so many people and improve so many life's.

I like how you took the kid's super general comment about needing inspiration and reversed engineered it into a tried-and-true message that could change everyone's life. Who do you want to be significant for? Why do you do what you do? Who do you want to impress? Those three questions are powerful and the reason why some win and many lose.

I see after looking at the video, most people have the answer to their problem/questions but may fear what other people would think or they just need that extra motivation for moving forward in that direction they are going. the only bad thing about this video is at the end, the editing guy put an ending soundtrack which is so overused that I've heard a million times.
I watch a lot of video sales letters and youtube shows that have intros made on fiverr which use that same music.

As a broker, I had a epiphany during this presentation: the associations are going to diminish in value and importance and likely disappear. Internet/Social channels will create the 1to1 relationships required to win, not the associations and their MLS exclusives. It will be interesting to see what happens.

Anyone who edits these videos, can you guys work out the limiting and compression of the audio tracks in some of your videos? You can boost the lower levels and cap the louder parts so my speakers don't sound like they need to explode when someone shouts.
I'm sure its seen as a time issue but it really only takes 2 moves of the software to make the adjustment across the whole video if time is limited to scan every little peak. Even if the venue don't do a great job with their audio, you can do a quick tweak for the small amount of people (me) who dont want to turn up to max to hear things lol.
