Nice video but I need to see the villas. Cap Estate is gonna remain under populated except for a few cluster of homes cause it’s highly overpriced. You should do a video of bonne Terre. I have seen all the videos on Cap and Rodney Heights.

Sad thing about those developments they are far from the average St Lucians they can't even afford to purchase one of those villas what about St Lucians citizens living in the diaspora it's not made available to them by right they suppose to get first priority sad and disgusting state of affairs very nice development btw.
Im saddened by the way St Lucians are being kicked out of their own island it will be too late when we realize the entire island been sold out to foreign investors who only care about money laundering keeping their bank accounts afloat

After reading this I’d like to say that I have mixed views on this. Back in the 80s and 90s the land was available for sale in areas like Cap Estate and many locals didn’t want to live there because it was seen as too dry and full of “Cassy bush”. Not to mention that the area had water problems. There was land for sale I’m told as low as $1 per sq ft. And a few so called average citizens did take the chance and bought some. And they are now owners of very valuable property. Hope this sheds some light on the other side of the coin. ✌🏽
@@justinshow9041 I do understand that was the eighties and I doubt land was cheap there in the nineties absolutely not the value of the land there had skyrocket in the 90,s...what I'm saying first priority should be given to St Lucians in many of those projects and was capital made available for St Lucians to purchase land back then did the financial institutions made capital available for young St Lucians even those living in the diaspora who wanted to purchase .The financial institutions and government have been a failure so this is absolutely no excuse
