Dude, when he started calling him out on inting, the xerath died once. He was down cs, but xerath can just farm up safely, so the game was far away from being done.
Later on, he died a second time, but actually... he did not int. He made a mistake like we all do in LoL, and this guy had nothing better to do than bullying the xerath, and making the game miserable for all

indefinite ban players have to go through a "reform" program. they have to play games while having a riot member watching/playing with them, and do check ups on their chat history and behavior to make sure they're not trying to ruin games.

It's interesting to see how one man can demoralize an entire team to the point where all of them literally don't know how to rotate or hit skillshots anymore. Mental is the most important part of the game. You could be Faker, but even Faker has bad days. Flaming your own team in voice chat is one way to give people a bad day.
I know it may be entertaining to watch, but flaming adds nothing to the game. It adds nothing to your team's morale. All it does is make people lose focus and play worse. This is voice chat, if the flaming were in text then people would actually have to stop their actions to type, causing all kinds of mistakes. I've seen countless people die because they were typing toxic things and usually this results in instant shame and redicule, thus more flaming and more mistakes.
If I were in that chatroom I would have probably left the instant he started blaming people for inting. I would have just focused on my own game.
