I know it may be entertaining to watch, but flaming adds nothing to the game. It adds nothing to your team's morale. All it does is make people lose focus and play worse. This is voice chat, if the flaming were in text then people would actually have to stop their actions to type, causing all kinds of mistakes. I've seen countless people die because they were typing toxic things and usually this results in instant shame and redicule, thus more flaming and more mistakes. If I were in that chatroom I would have probably left the instant he started blaming people for inting. I would have just focused on my own game.
