    This podcast changed the image sbout MCGM officials as tgey are also reform minded. Thanks for such informative podcast. Please bring various state municipal officials including business people to hear their grievance, changes happening on ground and their suggestion for future improvement. Now we wish to know how Ghati Shakti programme of central govt working and coordinating with various state agencies, muktiple dept into single entity coirdinating eith each other to smoothen processes

    Now most of tge Mumbai plot needed to be dereserved especially on all old building. Many Christian properties, SC/ST/OBC abd otger reservation needed to be dereserved when going for redevelopment and convert it into general. Also many plot homding cone unser different dept need to beingbunder staye and central govt control only and most if pvt housing society must be made freehold including SRA slum plots. This will free up spaces and encouraged for redevelopment. Govt should not get into over regulations and control on elevation and construction type. Quality must be ensured.

    One of my suggestion is complete neutralisatiin ofbpower of committee members like chairman secretary and Treasurers or other committee members overpowering and hiding many information from members and trying to benefit from developers snd officials secretly working each other and part the benefits. This area need individual transparency and accountability. No special power to committee members which needed to be removed. Some committee members even get extra flat or other benefits. This can be avoided where members grievance interaction made tgru onlinebprocess and committee just neutralise no specisl power. Just facilitator or coordinators only
