I don't know if this is how to do it but I listen to the one which addresses my weaknesses or immediate concerns. This is my third night in a row with this particular session. I gauge its effectiveness by the content of my dreams and my frame of mind when I awaken in the morning. I'm not one to engage in so-called traditional meditation during the day. I received downloads whilst I dream. I have a chronic health condition, which causes fatigue so, when I sleep, it's a deep sleep. This sound therapy laces my dreams. From the first night I've awakened with more energy, less pain, more cognitive clarity, and a better mood for sure. I feel that I will soon move on to the next issue-related session tomorrow night. I'm off to sleep now. Good night, peace, and the sweetest of dreams.✨
