It could be heat rash. Check all the bedding. You shouldn't have your fire in the same place as your baby. The smoke could affect you both.

Your baby is not sick he has a rashes due to hot weather or you bring your baby outside or poor hygiene.. don't wrap your baby with that blanket....too boring...
I agree. Not only should you continue to bathe the baby daily, the blankets, sleeping mat and the mosquito netting should be laundered daily along with any other cloth items that are used for the baby. You should also maintain a daily routine of hygiene along with washing your clothing daily. It wouldn’t hurt to cool the baby down with a second bath daily.
By the way, your baby is beautiful. I’m guessing it is a girl as there is a lot of pink clothing. She is so peaceful.

I hate it when they cook in the same place where the bed is and all the smoke is inhaled by the baby. And all the rashes is due to hot house and poor hygiene. Dirty bed clothes and beddings!

Bonjour essaie d'aller très tôt à ma rivière avec toutes les affaires natte,couverture si possible de quoi préparer lave les choses installé les là bas le temps que le affaires sèches tu fais la pêche et prépare j'ai vu une comme toi qui habite en hauteur le faire tu rentre l'après-midi avec le linge sèche parce que tu ne dois pas soulever les choses lourdes donc organise toi et fais le .ça va éliminer la piste des petits insecte sur la natte et le linge sale n'oublie pas la moustiquaire
