    Can it be cooked in an oven? Also with the fish and chicken ball, is it compulsory to put peanut?

      Kadijatu Kamara I mean you can try it & see how it came out but steaming it in the pot is the best way .
      For the Chicken ball yes you need peanut butter for it ,if u don't put any ,it won't come out nice

      Banana leaf, or you can use foil to wrap it.

      @@Sentoskitchen Wow, I've never tried it with the skin. The amount of time I've wasted trying to get the skin off has put me off cooking it more frequently. I'll give your way a go. Thanks for this.
