Very good. You could use baking paper (parchment?) Instead of paper and hand cream, the glue wont stick to it.
I was just about to mention that same thing because I've done that method before. Hot glue comes cleanly right off parchment paper, with a frosted look underneath the glue. To make both sides have the flat frosted look, there just needs to be a layer of parchment on top, with a piece of cardboard lightly pressed over it, then let it sit to cool down.
I really dislike videos that are only visual, without any talking… they are usually really hard to follow (for me anyway)… but your videos are so very clear and easy to follow and you don’t rush anything!

I would do a rectangle or square for the lamp and use thicker wooden dowels to give better strength and structure. How about you do a tile template which can be used to make pattern on the walls. Keep it simple with the shape but make the pattern nice, they can be used to in print a pattern on concrete or wall filler to give the impression of tiles.

Viene venduta sotto forma di lunghe bacchette traslucide, che vengono inserite in una speciale pistola termica, si sciolgono sotto l'effetto della temperatura e poi questa colla viene utilizzata per incollare diversi materiali e si indurisce molto rapidamente.

Instead of gluing four together, leaving a square at the bottom, you should glue 5 together using another as the base. Make two of these, turn one over and attach the two together for a dodecahedron (12-sided) lamp.
