When Clint's part came on i started crying. He's so underated and honestly he's my favorite so it hurt me a lot to see him like that. He deserves so much more than the MCU has given him.
Honestly Hawkeye in the comics was SO cool and had a really deep importance in Marvel, I wish that the MCU based him off of the comic version of him more
god i miss when they were all together and mostly happy canon MCU never let these heroes get a break. the closest they ever come to just enjoying themselves all together is that party scene from AOU. and even then, quite a few of them were still in deep, underlying emotional stress ... guess this is why fanfiction exists huh
This is why Avengers 2012 is my favorite MCU movie. It has it's dark moments, yes, but it ends on a triumphant note, something the other Avengers movies seem to lack. Doesn't help that I'm sick of how the comics are so full of in-fighting and fractious relationships when I just want some damn escapism!

Is anyone else but me not a fan of how the MCU went? I think I prefer the fun and optimism of The Avengers over the depressing bleakness of Infinity War.
