Yes, Jamie was Billy’s nephew. His older brother Charlie’s son. I don’t know how they found each other. After their mom died, Stevie couldn’t cope & relatives raised Charlie. Billy went into care & got lost in the system. Phil took Jamie in. Second cousins twice removed 🥴
