Got my A&G box from Topps yesterday and pulled my first Mike Trout auto! Also got a Corbin Carroll bat relic. Super stoked! Last year I pulled a Posey patch/auto booklet 1/10

used to hate A&G, but as i dove into the history of baseball cards I gained a massive love for the series an it's become my favorite Topps product of the year.

god i love these cards. I wish i couldve got some of their stuff last year. In 2019 i actual got some of the wierdo relics. I had pacso bill's piece of his rope and i had a mini metal plate of christian yelich.

picked up two boxes yesterday, one was a hot box, the other had 2 boxloaders!! The hits weren't crazy but man I love ripping A&G!

It's a huge checklist and I got 5 Walker Buehler cards in a hobby box. 3 in one pack alone. I'm a bit disappointed with AnG and I love it. Wifey got some of her Weirdo cards so I guess it's a W

So how cool is that hot box? Technically every card in that box is a case hit. Even tho its a base card its still a case hit. Cuz u only get 1 per case. So those type of boxes should carry quite a premium when reselling singles.

Allen & Ginter is cool in all (price wise), just I am not a fan of the non-baseball cards and minis. I do think it's cool how they picked up A&G after a whole century. (yeah, they had this back in the 1800s.) Overall, great release, great pulls. I love watching you. Keep it up!
P.S. How has Topps not made a Big League or Ginter card of you? You've inspired so many people to start collecting, it seems like common sense.
Thanks Erik, great video! Hotbox is nice, I’m cool with A & G cards but they don’t pack enough punch value wise for me, year after year it’s disappointing. They are in the ballpark but can’t hit a home run it’s missing something! Then not alot of autos plus they are non hobby celebrity heavy now! Idk what direction they are headed in, I guess we can get other celebrity autos outside of sports! lol You always show us what to expect and out here in tv land audience we appreciate it! Below guy says waiting on your 1/1 .. we are, surprised no company has given you any appreciation as much as you do for their products!

You can tell when the rip cards have a mini metal card inside cuz of the weight. Got a Prince Fielder a few years back.

@thomasshenton577 It's just a little heavier than a normal rip card. It's made of metal not card stock. I knew it had a metal card inside as soon as I pulled the rip card since I've had several rip cards before I pulled that one.

Damn I bought 2 boxes and all were relics no autos and no other cool hits really sort of disappointing even though I enjoy the set I fear I’ll have to buy a couple more boxes
I'm a huge fan of Allen and Ginter. I like that there are weirdo cards because it can introduce us to new people.

I just can’t go anywhere near this product. I’m always interested in A&G Chrome, but regular A&G is just awful to me. Each box might have 2-3 cards worthwhile, the rest is just kindling

Still waiting on a jabs 1/1. When I think RUclips trading card content u are the first person I think of. I find it hard to believe they haven't given you any. Just me but I can't be alone. Love the videos and content. All you do for us plus the amount of quality time you put in with your family and teaching at the same time speaks volumes of you. Thank you again.
Erik you might want to think about trying to find interest in another sport besides baseball. For me I am interested in baseball and hockey mostly because I want to be into sports all year round.
Jabs lack of knowledge of anything but baseball is kind of ridiculous.
I see that Topps,which was at one time the class of the hobby, has now resorted to flooding the market with GARBAGE. How sad. Nothing would make me happier than opening an expensive pack of BASEBALL cards and getting a picture of some chick,a tennis player,birds,a pina colada,and Robert F’n DiNero. What a joke.
