In your Vice- Principal's interview you can prepare a questionnaire about your Bio-data and your honest answers to them. Prepare yourself on the lines or the guidelines discussed by me in the video for TGT,PGT. 1.Enter the Interview Room with a smile. 2. Sit down on the chair when asked by the chairman,saying thanks to him /her. 3.Tell about yourself in introduction when asked. 4. Be brief in your responses. 5. Don't tell lies or try to fool the board members. 6.When answering a question,pause for sometime and then respond. 7.Look at all the members of the interview board by rotating your head from one side to another side ,engage all of them visually. Don't ignore anyone. 8. Look into the eyes of the members and don't stare towards the ceiling of the room or look downwards or look at sides as it shows that you are nervous or under confident. 9. Don't use your arms so much or touch your face or nose or ears while replying to questions as it indicates nervousness. 10. If you don't know the answer of any question or questions asked in a row - Say I am sorry I don't know the answer. 11. While sitting on the chair sit in a relaxed posture without slouching or sitting stiffly. Then prepare few basic questions on school administration and how you will solve various problems of administrative nature, discipline matters of students or teachers etc. How will you deal with parents etc.

In ApS interview multiple intelligence k upar ek question chhor k sab answer maine sahi diya tha..I am a csb qualified candidate ...at that time I was teaching in NVS as a contractual PGT...but couldn't qualify for APS prt..My friend qualified as tgt for another APS and she was asked two basic questions on grammar....... .to aap kitna bhi prepared raho ya qualified ho sab Naseeb ki baat hoti hai

Aapko kisi reputed institution mein padhne ka initial faayada mil sakta hai kuch had tak but by and large you must prove your credentials and impress upon the interview board that you have talent, smartness and zeal to beya teacher.😊
Most of the replies have to be in English because they are looking for a language teacher but little bit of Hindi can be used. In this case your command and confidence in your subject should be very good ☺️

First try to bring your strong area in literature where you are very confident but if you're not able to answer few questions say that you have read about them in the past but now you can't recall the answers. If you are asked which is your strong area? Then say it is grammar and go prepared on the topic of your interest 😊

Listening to songs can be a good and a very natural hobby because most of us have mobiles and songs app like Spotify,gaana etc. We can tell this in the interview very safely. Please be prepared to answer questions like when do you listen to songs,type of songs,any favourite song and favourite singer his/ her latest song or album etc.😊😊

If you can manage to get semester wise marks, then we'll and good,if not then you have atleast some proof of passing all the semesters exams. Sir TGT English ke liye full English hi bolna hoga ya .. bilingual bol sakte hai..
Mostly in English but if you get stuck in any word then you may speak that word or phrase in Hindi but come back to English immediately.
