Thank you and it depends on the time frame we have to set up. We have done 150 guest with just us two before but we have two days to set up and we did a room flip as well. Now I hire help and pay them according to the need. 😁

I have chair covers I reuse based on the colors and theme I need for the events 😁. If I need a different color I purchase them and keep them in my inventory. Thank you so much ❤️
@@EOEDesigns thank you awesome love watching your videos. Keep doing it big. Your setup don’t usually take that long to set up. But it’s always in point. The check list was ideal too.
Kudos to you and your wife for another beautifully designed event. The children were wonderful as designers in training. This is not an easy business at all and you and your family make it look so easy. Would love to know if it was easy starting your channel. I'm shy and trying to work up the courage to do it. Also please consider doing a video about those pipe and drape stands. It looks like you have many stands connected and they just extend but can't really tell.

It wasn’t hard starting my channel but I was uncomfortable talking to the camera which is why in my first set of videos it was simply Timelapse lol. As time went on and I started to get questions I started to do my intros.
I’m going to do a video of my pipe and drape as well since so many of you have asked you will be surprised at how simple they are to use and yes they connect one to the other.
I was so inspired I got my pipe and drape set based off yours…I love it‼️‼️ I do have some questions so I would love to see a video on it…because I think I lost a part of one of mine😳 anyways great great job again‼️💪🏾💯👍🏾

I am just starting my event planning and decor business and am having a hard time with pricing events, any tips and also do your clients only get choices for decor from items you already have or do they just let you do your thing? Thank you!!!!!! And you are fine I don’t mind answering questions. I’ve had the hardest time with pricing my events too don’t let me fool you lol. I’ve don’t baby showers for as low as $400 to as much as 2K. My clients tell me a theme and I execute it based off that. They pretty much let me do my thing.

Hello! Crazy but I just found you on RUclips about 3 days ago and I have been watching your videos every day since then trying to get caught up. I love this family business you have. You and your wife working together. I LOVE IT. I’m been and event planner and balloon artist for almost three years now. I’m currently considering event designing and full decorating services now in addition to event planning and balloon design.
Question. What did you use for the table skirt/tutu at the head table on stage? Was it tape or clips to attach the skirt to the table? Thank you in advance!
Wow! That’s so awesome. I’m sure you can do it because for me you have the hard part down packed, the balloons. I used the Velcro tape that came with the skirt. I honestly don’t recommend it because it will fall down (it’s not good on fabric). I have used safety pins to pin it and sometimes I’ll use both.

How do you put your packages together.? do you include a bag drop in all of your packages? If so, how much do you normally charge? Ive been a designer for a while but now I’m doing it professionally instead of a hobby. But I am struggling putting together my packages and what to charge because I charge what I think I’m worth but people don’t want to pay. Please help.
Thank you so much ❤️ I put my packages together based on what I know I can offer and what’s reasonable for my demographic. Yes I do include backdrops in all my packages and the pricing for my packages vary depending on the client need etc. Trust me I’m not a pro at pricing at all and I’ve undercharged for a lot of events. I’ve only been doing this for about two years now. If you email me we can talk more my email is in the description box of this video and I’ll show you what I mean. I’m planing to make a video since this is my most frequently asked question.
