He is a fun addition to the game, I really like the "trap" mechanic. But if we are talking about utility I think he falls short when compared to at least 10 skill champions.

All champions are RNG based. There are certain crystals that will give you a marginally higher chance to get him, such as the dual class crystal with mutant and skill champions in it. But again everything is down to RNG
There are several factors that go into that mostly being how far in the game you are. Eventually you will stop using 4 stars while 5 stars can still be used in endgame content. However Shang Chi is a far better Champion than Kraven even at a 4 Star. If you aren’t act 5 yet I’d say Shang Chi
Eesh, that is a bad start to your 5 Star roster. So what I would do is to focus on side events and quests and work on 100% exploring at 4 if you haven’t already. Act 5 is doable with 4 stars if you are a good player but it will certainly be more challenging.
@@jericho426mcoc4 I used to play this game all the time few years ago (4 or 5) then I recently came back and found out that it is way interesting compared to OG days

I just downloaded the game I literally know nothing about the game however how can I get Kraven? Is it rng based or there is a specific way?
