From someone who speaks Chinese, the 10 Stone Lion Poem (shi shi shi shi) video is a real thing. Short version, someone wrote a poem in Chinese only using words that sound like Shi (Chinese is tonal, there are 4 tones, plus many words that share the same pronunciation/tone), and its one of those things that, while not really good, is something everyone knows about.

That whole bit about Tifa is just video game logic; like, beyond Life Sim games, how many games have you played where characters handled bodily functions like eating or, conversely, deucing? How about showering? Shit, 99% of characters don’t even change clothes during their adventures, unless you count armor - and that just compounds the other issues!
