Ep 8 Sightseeing near Kumbhalgarh, Rajasthan | Parshuram Cave | Hameerpal Lake

We started our day by visiting Kumbhalgarh fort, as that episode was little longer, we thought of making 2 separate episodes of fort & sightseeing.

Lucky Restaurant - We had Breakfast near Kumbhalgarh Fort, at Lucky restaurant. If you want to eat something local, it can be done, however it would take 2 to 3 hours to cook food.

Parshuram Cave - It is an ancient cave that can be reached down through 500 stairs. Due to my injury, I avoided doing that. There we noticed a famous Gavari dance was going on, which is a tribal dance performed by bhil tribe, during a 40 day long festival, which happens between July & September in the Mewar region.
Then we proceeded to see the origin point of Banas river.
Junagadh Lodge Kumbhalgarh - 3 Km from Kumbhalgarh fort. We had lunch in this lodge, Rs 250 Pitod Sabji, Pyaz Sabji Rs 220, Papad Sabji Rs 220.
Somebody told me that we can get local food there but upon reaching there we realized that this is a new accommodation, recently opened and food was average, we could have avoided going here. bcoz we went there with the intention of eating local food.
Room cost Rs 3500 room breakfast
Banas river originating point - We visited this place, this is a monsoon river.
On the way to Hameerpal Lake, we saw a waterfall from a distance.
Hameerpal lake is a natural lake, this place is quite popular as Fish Point. You will see African fish.
