very well said i'm a quitter and concentrating on my spiritual life and learn new things, one can sustain upto 3 years , just work how much it is required to complete the job and once you completed your agenda change the company

Actually earlier companies used to work to do some meaningful work which can benefit society benefit it's own finances, now a days companies only working to make money, they have stopped paying to employees doing things which actually not needed for society but some how the things/products are made which is not elevating the society or enterprise, that's why everyone loosing interest, company also just looking at numbers they have nothing to do what benefit it is bringing to society as a whole

But the work place was really toxic and I was a victim of bullying. At the age of 45, I decided to quit a high paying job and decided to upskill on Cloud Computing and Infrastructure Automation. After a 2 year struggle I got hired as a Solutions Architect in a product company. I took the risk and transitioned into a complete new domain and it paid off. Invest in yourself and have patience, you will see the results.

Infidelity/extra marital/cheating sab khule aam chal raha hai.. It's not about gender dono 20-30 saal ke boys,girls morally aur ethically limit se jyaada down jaate jaa rahe hain yaar.. mere friend kii 5 saal ki relationship end hui last 3 saal se cheat krri thii vo aaj tak rota hai jab bhi milta hai.. 4-4 ladke rakhe hue thee relationship me.. similar thing happened with my female colleague .. 6 mahine depressed rahi bndi .. few months back a girl approached me in a marriage function and eventually she proposed me. Later I came to know she's already in a relationship with two guys(she didn't tell and wasn't willing to tell at all but I came to know somehow). When I confronted, she said she found me handsome,good looking and she got good vibes from me and according to her it's normal to have multiple partner these days. Then I asked why not open up about this to other two guys, she said then they both would leave her and she will end up alone she also added they're genuine and amazing guys,she can't see them with another girl that's why she can't let them go. While saying all this shit she wasn't even struggling. she was making it look like as normal thing as buying groceries. I just ran away and blocked her from everywhere I've seen my friend and colleague in tears and I don't wanna be the reason of anyone's tears at all. Why can't people just stay with one and be normal and genuine ? There are many bolly celebs who openly advertise that they cannot be with a single person all their lives. Many espouse open relationships in marriage. Clearly the common girls are influenced by them.
Change your group of friends. You are wasting time in a wrong group of people. Focus on skill building and making money. Jobs are getting difficult and the lifespan of the jobs is reducing to max 15-20 years now. Out of these 20 years only the last few years are going to give you good money the rest will be a struggle to pay EMI, fees etc.
