  • At 12:00:06PM the City of Norman conducted a weekly test on Staurday, June 8, 2024 and consisted of about a 1 minute and 15 second alert, with the exception of 4 Whelens going off for only 20 seconds.
I was going to meet up with OWS Crazy1 but that got canceled so I went to this Whelen today. This wasn't too loud but it was amazing. I went to Norman twice before this before my channel was a thing and this was easily my favorite trip to Norman. I kept the video going a few seconds longer than normal to see if I could hear Moore's sirens. I heard the 34th and Telephone Modulator, but it was so faint, the camera wouldn't be able to pick it up.

I remember seeing and hearing the 2910s in a video on the May 20th 2013 tornado in Moore Oklahoma. I really like the sound of the 2910s. Great video as always!
