This is nice and all but some of the transform tools abilities or upside-down variants of stuff need to be added to story mode. Here is the problem, "House on the Beach" uses the Roraime Column upside down. If you sell or try to fix the rail around the front porch area to look the same, YOU CAN'T because you can't flip the Roraima column in story mode. Moreover, the dormers in the loft use upside-down 45's, so again if you accidentally sell one you're screwed! "More than a trailer" house uses upside-down 45's in the garage. Once again if you sell or make a change you're SOL. Agin there is no way to fix in story mode. "Peaceys family home" has a mound of dirt you can't level out in story mode because again no tools to do so. It sad and frustrating that the tools needed to fix all these problems are there in sandbox mode, but you're just out of luck in story mode. I do honestly hope in a future update you will address this issues. Sidenote: There is a bug that if you have a controller plugged in, and then go into sandbox mode you get story mode tool GUI (the circular tool ring). There is no way to get the sandbox tool menu back, without having to delete the profile and start all over again. Plus the minute you plug in a controller you once again lose Sandbox tools.
This is very cool, but can you please make it so that we can customize everything to your liking? Let's adjust the window size and also things like tables, sofas, etc.
on playstation resize does not work at all! Also, the mouse wheel does not work!!!! how can they release a game without testing some basic functionality! crazy

I’m able to resize columns and such but I wish the same could be done on doors like garage doors
