That is true, the slower he is the more stacks of charges and he deals more damage based on the difference in speed so it’s pretty obvious he should be slow with offense mods, I guess some people want him fast so he can activate his shield more often? I guess they think being able to cycle to the shield ability more often is better than trying to have the shield on as long as possible

@@darthdavid2275 yeah I think both options are viable, so I chose to mod him slow so that I had more fast mods to go around for the rest of my roster
