Wouldn't the effect of Levre Soeurs force you to give the OT power to VG, which would then spread it to the other Levre Soeurs units, or it would cancel the power out since it forces the power of all 4 units to match for the rest of the turn?
I think the power is matched to whatever Charmout's power was when she activated the skill. So adding the OT power on her doesn't propagate to the rest of the units.
No: Charmout gives the rear the power she has AT THE ACTIVATION of the effect. Subsequential power up are not spread over. You are very likely thinking of Ahsha tokens, but in that case it's a CONT effect.
Charmout gives the power the moment she declares an attack, she can't transfer the power of tirggers revelead in her drive checks because that happens after she activates.
