I live in a majority Black neighborhood that majority of the neighbors are retired. I like the fact the BM are always driving around in my neighborhood, it makes me feel safe. I have been pulled over only twice by a police officer in over 17 years and one was for my Tag Light being out and another because for some reason in the MVA System, they had my registration terminated because I did not get my Emission Test done on time, which was incorrect and I had the paperwork to proved it. But, both Police Officer were BM and was professional, friendly, and respectful to me.
