This is so very helpful! I have always wondered about what we could use as a cover crop!

The cover crop is a huge help with managing weeds as well as adding nitrogen to the soil.

Do you purchase it with the holes?

Also, where do you buy your tarp and what is the weight? I was also wondering about the holes. Thank you.

@@charliewoods1179 it’s Dewitt 3.2 oz. Ground Cover. I purchase the one that is 6 feet wide. We burn the holes using a metal template.

I have a small raised bed that I plan to grow some zinnias and gomphrena. What do you recommend for soil or soil combination?

I would do a mixture of peat Moss, mushroom compost and organic garden soil. I love raised bed gardening. It is so convenient.

I would love to see how you incorporate your trellising method into your rows with the hortonova trellis netting. Especially with the weed fabric on the ground. Do you guys poke big holes through the weed fabric for the tposts/hoops?

I will try to film a segment featuring the netting once we begin laying our ground cloth for the season. We use small fiberglass poles to hold the netting. They are pressed through the plastic.
