I have a friend who decorated an entire room for her dog. She bought little girl furniture and made it look just like a little girl’s room. She even had her dogs name on the wall.

I ❤ Teddy. He’s so handsome and he’s a very good boy! Love Golden’s, grew up with them and currently have 2. They really are the best dogs, always so loyal and loving 🥰. I crack up hysterical laughing when I see Teddy with his toys. My male golden always has a toy 🧸 with him. He always greets you with a toy, brings me different ones throughout the day and he even sleeps with his favorite one. We can’t go anywhere without at least 2 of his faves. He literally protects his favorites every day bc my female will try to take it and she will get the stuffing out in 2 seconds. Lol. Love Teddy’s house too, it’s amazing 😊

The Long Haired Golden Retriever will retrieve rabbits, birds and so on on after being shot. Horrible thought I know but it's been bred in them for 1000s of generations. Our old Queen had black Labradors and they will also retrieve.
If Teddy was on a 'shooting day' on an English country house estate he'd do retrieving without a second thought. I love this breed. I owned many Dalmations.
I could never never never ever train them to retrieve. But wow, can they run.
