I started my journey on the 3rd January, didn't know about world carnivore month till I came across your videos. So far so good, not missing carbs at all and getting some great ideas from you. Keep up the good work. Thanks
@@kristascountrykitchen5057 I'm doing well thanks, not sure if I'm getting it quite right though. Hoping by the end of January I am starting to see some results.
Growing up my mom always boiled the brats before my dad grilled them. She wanted to make sure they would get cooked. He would get impatient at times 😂😂
@kristascountrykitchen5057 Same here. I, after many years of admonishments, finally got my husband to understand that meat on the grill takes time. He plans ahead these days My ex could never get it. He was a "blast it til it's burnt" person.
Krista. I have been taking 6000 grams of Turmeric & one fish oil capsule every day for 3 years. I haven’t needed an Advil since I started this. Also, get some ginger turmeric tea. It’s an anti inflammatory
Really enjoying your easy recipes. Easy is one of my favorite things about carnivore. My air fryer is a Ninja and the center doesn’t cook, so I pretty much have to maneuver anything to the outside rim, I’d love to feel ok with cooking a steak straight from the freezer.
I’ve heard you mention your diet as a dirty Carnivore diet. Is it like a Ketovore diet ?? I want to start this now that I’m back from vacation and plan on going back to your day 1 video and re watch them all. But curious if the dirty carnivore is the same thing as a Ketovore
@@cindycampbell4994 Yes. They are both the same and just what people label it who is not 100% eating just protein. I call it that because 98% of the time I eat all protein but occasionally add onion, or mushrooms or even green beans from time to time. So it would be classified as some as “dirty carnivore” or ketovore. Hope that helps
@@kristascountrykitchen5057 I hear ya! I'm almost 70 but inside my mind, I'm 30! I don't always stop to remind myself of that, however, my body usually does the next day or sooner in some cases.
🙏🏼❤✨ for your back.
Thank you. ❤️
Feel better soon! Recipes look delicious!
Thank you ❤️❤️

How wonderful to have a "bun". I'm excited about having burgers.

@@kristascountrykitchen5057 it was good! Thank you so much for this as I've tried several and they just weren't what I was looking for.

Now THAT is a cheeseburger. Well done, Krista.
Psst, that's exactly how I cook brats 😉

I was skeptical about the process and was so shocked. My son said they were top notch 😂🥩.
I take BPC-157 to heal all my injury situations with my back.
I usually don’t have trouble with my back. My guess I pulled something at work doing something stupid😂. But I’ll look into it, thank you!!

Another great video! but every time I make chaffles they either stick or split?
Spray a little non stick spray on your iron first. Then cook them longer than you think they should. Remove with a big spatula. 😂.

Just cooked my strip steak in a pan with butter…you’ve got to baste that baby in the butter….oooooh weeeeee, that was a good steak
That’s how I like them if my steak was thawed. But them tell you I was shook at how juice that frozen steak turned out!!!😂🥩

@ also, that Chaffle bun …. Yippee
Thank you so much.
And yes that’s an absolute game changer !!!
Rats, bless you. I can so relate to the back strain.
It was rough at work today. I lift and do things without thinking. Then my age reminds me😂

I’ve been doing as little as possible. So hard for me. 😩
