A little over a week ago, we purchased a 2019 Rockwood 1910 ESP for $5,000. Everything is in fantastic condition, and it even came with solar. It sure beats the price of buying new.
We had been just looking for a while till the wife saw one on Facebook marketplace. We paid about 1,000 dollars for our 2011 rockwood 1640. First for us. Needed a good cleaning but everything else was in great condition. Four trips so far and living in.
I was blessed. Found one at dealership, was going to be wholesale out. Got it for $500. It was very clean and well taken care of. My son in law is tweaking some things. I'm very happy 😄
I had a popup bought at a good price. Parked it open in my husband's barn and began renovating it. Just superficial things, painting cabinets, new flooring, etc. We had a barn fire that destroyed my husband's tractors, skid steers and of course got my girl as well. Anyhoo, now 2 years later, thinking of getting another one. Can you answer questions like what to look for as far as making sure the camper is solid and doesn't have any major damage that can't be visible unless knowing what to look for? Thank you so much. Look forward to your videos and enjoy them all. God bless.
@@paigepittman5749 oh no, sorry to hear that! We will definitely make a video on that! The quick answer would be to watch out for any leaks in the roof, soft spots in floor or major canvas damage.
About to purchase our first pop up camper this Saturday. I fell in love with a 2023 coachmen but 18k was way too much. I found a 2016 jayco 12 for $8500 at a dealer. Wish me luck!
We got extremely lucky. We found ours in less than a week on Marketplace and were able to get it about a week later. We paid $3000 for a 1995 Coleman by Fleetwood Stony Creek but it was in mint condition. We were seeing smaller ones in pretty bad condition for that and more.
@@AdventuresinPopUps We truly were. There was one nickel size hole in the vinyl and the seller cut the price in half... it was a $4 fix. We replaced the curtains because they were faded but hey after 30 years they had seen a lot of sunlight lol. So I called that mint!

We got our 2022 rockwood 2280 BHESP for 16,000. Love it even though they put them together so fast. That you have to go over stuff and fix it.
2 months ago we bought our 2013 Jayco Jay Series for 2700.00. We went camping 2 weeks ago on our maiden voyage it was fantastic!
