i haven’t worn a mask the entire time covid has been around except for a really minor mask mandate period (in which i happened to go through a bad thing IRL anyway so i was a shut-in at the time), and i have never gotten covid symptoms, no one around me has. my town has an insanely low vaccine/mask wearing rate and an INCREDIBLY low covid rate through the entirety of it.

I mean, do you know that people with medical conditions, for the most part, the doctor recommends a particular and more expensive mask? I have a classmate who is asthmatic and her doctor recommended a specific mask that costs about $ 15 for a pack of two.

Lol. Lia made me laugh bc telling her Tsco Bell story bc I lived in Phoenix. Az for 5yrs and when I first got there, I learned really quickly that if you do things like slow down a bit for a sec to let someone merge or to let a person pull out onto the street from a parking lot- you will probably get rear ended😳 bc the person driving behind you doesn't expect you to extend that courtesy to anyone.🤣 It's just not how it's done there. 🤣. When I moved back to my home city& state I had to learn driving decorum all over again. It took a few days of me being bewildered as you why I got so many dirty looks & angry honks. "Oh yeeeaah...I remember now...it's not nice to..." Oh! And going back to 35-55mph (Hometown city) vs 55-74mph-(Phx) THAT was hard. felt like I was driving 10mph. Lol! I miss Az in many ways. Especially AFTER monsoon ends til about April/May.
