Hey, 2016 rocket jumper here. Maybe this could help your movement. If you hold forward and shoot directly in front of you when really close to a wall (not at the floor), do an instant 180, only jump once not twice, remember to keep holding foward, you will get a MASSIVE speed boost. The game adds "negative" directional speed to you turing around after a wall bounce. Its broken asf and super fun to do.

It's so op man, it should have like 105 damage. But I like the no wall break damage reduction so it can still be good for through the wall kills. 👍
