with no updates how do matchups change? how is it any different when nothings changed? genuinely curious
People playing the matchup and learning counter play. A matchup that was thought to be terrible can actually be better than you thought of you learn a certain move is good in a matchup or that things they could do to you were not as good as they seemed at first. As time goes on people discover more and more
