Thanks for the info. We always been in the looks for this stuff. But questions we try to this with a couple of brokers and we end up no hauling for them but in your case they did accept your terms?
If they don't accept it walk away from the load because more than likely you will haul it for free

SO in other words dont work for United Brokerage Group Brokers. Put them on the no run list!
My opinion, this is where the regulation needs to be focused instead of on the carrier. Brokers and subs.. shady business.
I don't deal with low end brokers. Mainly because my factoring company won't even deal with them. Most brokers are shady and borderline scammers.
