- Whilst filming for Big Kid Xmas at Leicester's King Power Stadium, Dave Bartram bids a fond farewell to Showaddywaddy fans, just a couple of days after announcing his departure from frontman duties. Leicester City's Alan 'The Birch' Birchenall gets emotional on hearing the news! Dave is supporting charity Xmas song "Big Kid Xmas" and will be in final music video. Please check out the site and join the FB group - all for a children's Cancer unit.

It’s remember then, not remember when 👍😀❤️
Alan “berch” berchenall - you are so funny in this video. Wish I was into showaddywaddy then like I am now. I would of loved to have met all of you guys.

Loved showwaddy. Totally loved dave bartram
Thanks Dave your the voice mate sad you've retired
kobiroar he hasn’t gone anywhere. He’s band manager now 👍
@@PrincessNottingham He's had to retire from singing now though, 'cos sadly, his voice is shot to bloody buggery now. 🙁
Daves my favourite member ❤
mine was Rod
Oh my godfather's my top band when I was at school and I was in their fan club and I won a competition draw your favourite showaddywaddy member I drew in pencil Dave Bartram and won the competition and I was in their newsletter my claim to fame 🎉🎉🎉💯💯💯 the prize was to see them in concert in Middlesbrough town hall I wonder how many concerts they have played great band 🎉🎉🎉💯💯💯
He is the one ... The love of my life ......... Too late most regretfully as I am nearly 60 LOL
He's 68. And I love Him too.
I love him 20 years younger. He’d be my age then. ❤️
dave manages them now andy pelos is like a young dave great frontman and showaddywaddy still rocks and rolls
That's going to be very weird for Dave sitting there watching someone else in his place. I still still hope he reconsiders & joins them on stage in (at least) a backing vocals & instrumental role. Best of luck whatever he does though (thanks Dave!).
I bet seeing and hearing Andy and co singing his songs is really weird. Dave can’t sing anymore. His larynx has taken a 38 year battering and his vocal chords are shot. ☹️😢. Dave is band manager now, has been for years. He’s not going anywhere any time soon.
I love this band there from my home city of Leicester and the knew how to have fun and they didn't take them self's to seriously much missing from the majority of todays trash music
February 26th Farewell Dave

When Dave Bartram retired so should everybody else who goes around calling themselves showaddywaddy....Brilliant in their heyday but now.....?
kory wid he ain’t retired, he’s band manager. Why should they call it a day? They love what they do.
Why just why did this guy do a video telling everybody to go out and get vaccinated, it’s beyond weird
