I'm really sorry! I haven't had any control over the ads because my channel is still so new. I recently reached the threshold to gain control over the ads and I'm in the process of approval for that so I can get them removed! It should take a week or so.

Imagine a REALLY clear pic of what ever scene you want to shift to, and constantly think "I have shifted".
Also, it may take alot of time for some people
