Please Don't purchase this product (also read 1 🌟 comments of others you believe what I am saying)
🌟Main problem for me 😭and all that customers grinder big jar(pot) not grinding properly when new(blade are not that much sharp).
After some days many customers give feedback also happened with me the bush of grinder jar is get loos and water is out from bottom of jar and after some days it not work.
Then we called 😡customer care service centre they say it is out of warranty (2 yrs product &5 yrs motor) . Then service centre of my city said you will cost 2300rs for jar and 300rs for service total 2600 for one new pot(because they said it can not be repaired). And it also get you in minimum 1 month. But now from🙄 3 months it didn't delivered to me. This is main part for grinding to cost how much after usha brand

🌟 Now my main part food processor is not working, first burning smell come out from some days, now it stop working. I complain because still my motor is in warranty but customer service centre of my city and help line number saying to me now that only motor is free replacement other part of machine will take charge of part and 400 rs service charge.
I call customer care then they alloted service centre of my city ,buy they didn't come to my home and saying your motor is damaged 😏🤐🧐without checking on call, and they are not coming.
Now my food processor of 11,000 is like a showpiece.😞😢😭

-most of other part is rarely used

Only the chopper n ata neading blades center round part edges near slot r very sharp. It cuts the finger while washing. Ur blades same?

Thanks for appreciating...yes all viewers whatever they demanded,i kept making the small small videos... regarding your questions...atta kneading attachment bis of plastic so no issue, yes the main chopping blade is very very sharp...so i use brush to clean it. Don't touch with bare hands. Either wear gloves
@@MadhusFoodFunHealth yes will use brush. Both the blades has rounded portion in the middle. There r 4 small slots. We insert that part in spindle. Near those slots plastic has very sharp bindu ke barabar rough area. Can’t use bare hand for plastic blade also. Will ask company.

As regards ur bhindi query, no, unfortunately this processor does not v vegetable long cut slicing option. Me too missing this

Shredder se bahut mota hai thats also of use specially for making dhudhi kofta
For all other functions its a good processor
Good u share ur experience...it helps others. Though i am quite comfortable with carrot thin shredding i.e.the back side of thick shredder...this gives me perfect one. Yeah the grating disc gives very thin. That's perfect for ginger,garlic in bulk quantity

My height is 5 feet so can I manage it on kitchen otta top?

@@vaijayantizanpure4292 good morning. Even I had that model earlier with two separate modes....this one takes less space on slab. Cauz only one base. I v not exactly measured the height...have appx idea...it's absolutely comfortable in slab. Will be operational in front of your ribs area appx 😊

It doesn't actually grate on the finer one
There are 3 grating and shredding blades. The one with full plate with holes gives the thinnest. Use the one with portion of plate as grater...it gives fine thin strands. I love that consistency particularly for parantha or gajar halwa.
@@MadhusFoodFunHealth I have tried both options. Vegetables move very slowly , not as in your video. Yesterday, it took me 15 minutes to grate one cauliflower. I personally feel it's designed incorrectly. It's not smooth functioning inspite of being such an expensive model.
