Great video! Thanks for showing the sanding method to trim the decals. I have read in detail Chris at HEP talk about how he does it but I haven't seen a video of it in action. I like it. Thanks!
Just picked up my first Data East game Sunday. Lethal Weapon 3.. I still would like to have a Tales From the Crypt and a Last Action Hero...and a Torpedo Alley.....who am I kidding I want them all!!! Lol
I can't stand The Crypt Keeper laughing all the time - gets on my nerves. LW3 is an okay game if you can get the new rom that gets rid of Joe Pesci's "Okay, okay, okay"
@@CaryHardy No i still have old Joe okaying me all the time... Ive heardthat the crypt keeper can get annoying but never owned one or been exposed to it for hours on end.. LW3 hit my price point right.. buggest thing with getting LW3 for me was my 15 year old loves that game andplayd with me.. ive had allot of titles in and out of the house but this is the first one he has ever been in there playing on his own..just great to have a game we can enjoy together...maybe he is just a DE fan and dont know it lol
Amazing video! I would love to some day redecal my twilight Zone great to see your method. Amazing work. Are you doing another getaway or what is the cabinet for in your garage?
That was a flood victim I saved. The playfield at least. I scrapped everything on the cabinet for parts and it has been given away since this recording.
hello? I'm from Brazil and I really admire your talent with pinball machines. I bought a THE LAST ACTION HERO pinball machine and I'm using the model you created here in this series of videos. Here in Brazil, I have a little difficulty getting the best quality adhesives like yours for this restoration. That's why I'm here somehow trying to get in touch with you to help me buy and import this set of stickers for this machine here in Brazil so I can complete my restoration. Could you help me in some way? I could leave here my email contact so we can talk. I would be really grateful if you could help me buy my stickers.
My man Cary loves his Donkey Kong Country soundtrack! I don't blame you, it's classic.
Great stuff. Keen for the next one!

Nicely done Cary! Keep up the good work. Can't wait to see this one when finished.

To do the edges did you use sandpaper wrapped around a piece of wood?
Yes, sanding block is more ideal though.
@@CaryHardy what is the advantage of this method compared to simple cutting it?
@@locke987 it gives it a gradual transition and making it less likely to lift around the edges.
@@CaryHardy What grade is the sandpaper?
@@professorterry1808 500 grit
Horrible. Yet again
