MASBATE TRIP|MAYONG PAYONG MASBATE|| LINDAY TV

Mayong payong is one of the best tourist destination near Masbate City. It is very nice side trip that ought to be added in your itenerary. You can also opt to stay to stay overnight here and breath-in the amazing views of the province from the hilltop as you adore the glory of sunset and sunrise.
Location: Mobo, Masbate
How to get there?
Jump off is 15 minutes away from Masbate City by tricycle.
Check the signage along the road that says “Mayong Payong 3.5KM away”. You can walk from there (around 45 minutes up to the top) or ride a habal habal (motorcycle and would take you 20 minutes).
What to do?
Help yourself to be healthy and sweat it out. Walk or jog until you reach the top and relax at the shade of the huts. Bring some snacks and enjoy them while having checking the view of Masbate City, Ranches of Milagros and Buntod Reef Marine Sanctuary.
You can also see some of the huts of Mayong Payong when you are in Buntod Reef Marine Sanctuary when the weather is good and the skies are clear.
