I was able to grow my hair back with liittleextra reactivate hair growth serum. Taken 3 months apart. First one in Jan, second in March. You must apply the serum directly to the scalp and massage into scalp with very firm pressure. Avoid pull on your hair. The hair coming in seems to be good quality. I have less hair fall overall. I apply it at night, the serum does not make your hair sticky, but you only need a few drops to work - less is more. I also, switched pillows cases to a satin material so that my sleep is easier on my hair.
Both my friend and I are also using the Reactivate hair growth serum too... so far it is showing good results for hair growth.. it is just 1 month only.. I'm confident I will see even better hair growth next month.
1. Detange hair with wood brush 2. Put castor oil, jojoba oil and 2 drops of rosemary oil on a plate (1 tbsp) and with your fingers massage it into your scalp back and forth 3. Apply coconut oil on the ends of the hair 4. Tie with a clasp and put a clasp on. Leave on for 1 hour 5. Wash hair 6. Brush hair with wooden brush
Hi! It seems you have extensive experience with oiling 😅 I have just started and I have 2 questions, I would be really grateful if you could help with them: I have heard about the rule not to brush your hair after oiling, but this is because scalp is relaxed (thus on the wash day, when the whole scalp and hail is oiled). But what about these few drops I add before sleeping and braiding my hair? I feel such a strong and strange need to brish my hair afterwards (length only) to spread the product evenly😂😅 And the second thing, how to oil your scalp and hair on the wash day if you used some styling products on that day? I am just really desperate to find out, sorry 😅😅😅
I wouldn’t really suggest you to put tight hairstyles on your hair after putting oil in it. And, if you feel like you need to brush your hair thats normal! All you need to do is give it a mini massage when you feel it! By the way, when putting oil in your hair just make sure to leave your hair down (if you can) or just make like a ponytail that isn’t so tight! These are all of my suggestions!
I started using a mixture of oils on my scalp! Castor oil, pumpkin seed oil, rosemary essential oil, peppermint essential oil and tea tree oil! My hair falls way less and I don’t have any flakes or dandruff anymore! And because of the tea tree oil my hair takes a lot longer to get oily! And on the mids and ends I use coconut oil!! The best thing a ever did for my hair is using this oils!! ❤️💆🏽♀️
I've started oiling my hair for about a month now using the same combination of castor oil, jojoba oil and rosemary oil. I've seen a big improvement in my hair. My scalp doesn't get as dry and my hair doesn't get frizzy like it used it.
Guys don't brush your hair after you put the oil in, that can actually promote breakage since the hair is vulnerable from all the oils. Just brush before you put oil in
I love what you mentioned about coconut oil clogging pores. I have curly hair and used coconut oil like 5 years ago when coconut oil was trending to use for curly hair and everything lol. It ended up causing damage to my scalp because it was clogging it. My hair ended up smelling bad and it took awhile to get the smell out. The smell even got stuck on my clothes it was bad... But anyway I love that you say you use it on your ends. We need someone to spread information about this because I feel like a lot of people say they just smoother their entire hair with it. and that realistically isn't good for everybody
I follow a hair fb group and the hair stylists said food grade coconut oil is not good for our hair. That ppl need to use coconut oil that is specifically for hair. I guess it leaves a film that blocks your hair from moisture and it can actually fry your hair. 😬
Girl I hear you there. Coconut oil DESTROYED my hair! Like bad to the point my hair just started falling out and then I had a ton of bumps all over my scalp for like forever. My hair turns into straw with coconut oil. I don't understand how anyone uses it to be honest lol it's baffling bc it ruined my hair
@@misspriss0209 wow that sucks sooooo much💕🥺 idk how anyone uses it either tbh. Whenever I see it in products too I get annoyed I'm like smh enough of this lol
@Trinity M Coconut oil acts as a sealant not a moisturizer, therefore if your hair or scalp is dry it will not gain or lose any moisture as nothing is coming in or out of your hair follicle, and it’s comedogenic so it’ll clog your pores. Her hair probably fell out bc her pores in her scalp were clogged for so long. So it’s better to only apply coconut oil to the ends of the hair.
I LOVE oiling my hair, that and deep conditioning are my FAV parts of my hair routine!! I started oiling my hair back in 2016 and it definitely helped with better hair growth!!❤
A few things that have helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I discontinued wearing hair ties because it leds to tension breakage. (2) I began massaging my scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using gentle shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.
I tried your shower routine and it made my hair so silky and smooth...Thank you Audrey for making such helpful videos...I love your confidence and consistency..
I’ve started to use rosemary oil in my second shampoo! It is very nice! And I’ve been using argan oil on my roots and coconut oil on my ends when I oil my hair
Audrey watched your vedio ..I myself have a routine for my hair ...I have watched 1000s vedio on hair skin routine and I must say your hair oiling routine is massive...super.❤️❤️

I have the exact hair type as yours audrey. Castor oil makes hair thick and strong. If you use 1 or 2 drops off essential oil and add it to your castor oil then you will find that your hair doest fall out

I like to take whatever current oil I am using and run the dropper down a middle part with a few drops and let it sink in as I start the day. After about 30 minutes or so much has absorbed down into the crest of the hair doing the work for you. It’s faster and keeps flyaways from happening on the top. I can then fluff out the rest of my hair without having to use any other styling product. Saves time and money. I don’t really like the texture of any hair products except oils or anti frizz oils even the expensive ones feel unnatural. This technique makes me feel like I’m taking care of my hair and scalp by focusing on the crest and letting everything sink in where it should.
I have been using Crisan which has like 55 different oils in it. I had stopped because there was so much shedding when I did it and I was worried about thinning but I guess that is supposed to happen it helps them release makes sense thank you!

I always oil my hair day before i am going to wash my hair . Generally i use coconut oil except winter season as it get frozen. l also used to apply almond oil. I have seen many videos on hair oiling routine but you oiling application method is the best, it cannot be more correct than this.🤗
You make me so happy! I subb. It is highly appreciated that you share your beauty tips, which in return helps everyone. It's admirable and I consider you a hero to look up to! Thank you very much for what you do ☺
Couple of things to keep in mind, many oils are actually DRYING. Castor oil, tea tree oil, and others can dry you hair or skin. If you have an oily face or scalp, these would be a good choice. I have really dry hair and skin and so I don’t use any of these. I used to do OCM on my face back when I still had acne and castor oil and tea tree were two of the products I used to use on my oily face.
@@thenerdydolphin9885 Avocado oil is highly emollient, you could try that. Otherwise olive oil would work too. I don’t know your reasons for using rosemary, but if it’s because of that study that claimed it grew hair, that study was a complete sham. I just thought I’d mention it.
In an old Miele Rosemary oil bottle I fill with 1/4 squalane (clear olive), 1/4 grape seed and add about 40 drops rosemary, 25 drops peppermint, 15 drops lavender, and 10 drops tea tree then fill the rest of the bottle with castor oil.
I always thought that leaving the oil on overnight would be a good idea but I saw a post from a trichologist and they said it’s best to leave it on 5 hours top otherwise it can clog the pores in your scalp and make hair loss worse. They said minimum of 1-2 hours to get the benefits
Hello!☺️☺️How oiling should be properly used? I mean, how often and with what periodicity? I think it should be some kind of 2 months course, but don’t know if it right🤔

I oil my hair with fenugreek oil and amla oil infused with fresh rosemary. And I leave it on over night and wash my hair the next day.
Bringaraj powder and curry leaves also good options
Hey Victoria can you please make a video on how to get fizz free hair
your really pretty
In India we preheat the oil and then apply it on to our hair including roots
Heating oil can sometimes strip it of it's health benefits, it's better as it is. Organic cold pressed goodness that hasn't be boiled out
Heating oil can actually change its chemical properties, so just using it room temperature is recommended.
@Anja the anarchist. not really
I always oil my hair day before i am going to wash my hair . Generally i use coconut oil except winter season as it get frozen. l also used to apply almond oil. I have seen many videos on hair oiling routine but you oiling application method is the best, it cannot be more correct than this.🤗
After washing your hair again when will you apply oil?
@@monikavarada5758 After washing my hair i do oil application from next day in alternative manner.
@@Blue-ok8pl did you made that video also can you share it if it is there ?

Couple of things to keep in mind, many oils are actually DRYING. Castor oil, tea tree oil, and others can dry you hair or skin. If you have an oily face or scalp, these would be a good choice. I have really dry hair and skin and so I don’t use any of these. I used to do OCM on my face back when I still had acne and castor oil and tea tree were two of the products I used to use on my oily face.
What would be a good moisturizing carrier replacement for castor then? I currently use it to dilute the rosemary on my (dry) scalp
How have you been finding it? And how did you find the mielle rosemary oil?
Hi! I know many people have asked this but how often do you have to oil? Because I don’t want to over oil! Btw I low your videos ❤
where is your grey robe from tho? it looks so soft!🤩
I love your videos so much. You are so beautiful women and your hair od amazing. 💯❤️
I always thought that leaving the oil on overnight would be a good idea but I saw a post from a trichologist and they said it’s best to leave it on 5 hours top otherwise it can clog the pores in your scalp and make hair loss worse. They said minimum of 1-2 hours to get the benefits
Can we combine olaplex and hair oiling ?
Ps your hair is amazing 😊
One of my favorite things to do is hair oiling and conditioning.
They’re soo beneficial for your hair!!
*Beautiful Hairs...*
Tq so much , I gg to try
I use equal amount of coconut,Almond,Olive and Castor oil to oil my hair after washing my hair
Hello!☺️☺️How oiling should be properly used? I mean, how often and with what periodicity?
I think it should be some kind of 2 months course, but don’t know if it right🤔
Maybe 3 months dear
Just got over postpartum hairloss and now that we're in winter im having seasonal hairloss so its been rough and i need something to hydrate my hair so I needed to start oiling and this was very helpful. Thank you..
I have some hair oil from the argan hair brand. Should I use that first and then go coconut oil? (im not buying anymore hair oil since we have so much coconut oil)
Can you make a video about hair loss pls…
Thanks for sharing where did you buy the wooden hair brush and the rosemary essential oil and the jojoba oil? Please can you share the links to buy many thanks
