Chuck is dependable on positioning, and to apply pressure which is why he has a 50% damage reduction on super and decent amount of health. He is kinda like Gray in getting to point A to B. If he gets a great positions its hard to kill him. Which is why he is played mostly on heist since he only needs a straight line and 3 seconds to do about 20% or more to the safe.

Reasoning being when i got legendary 2 i was like 1300 in Spain and I'm confident that I can get higher and that there are going to be more masters than that just in Spain
Also something about chuck and charlie, because chuck reloads his super in 5 seconds a cocoon is also 5 seconds. If ur teammate dosent break the cocoon u can super right after u getcout 🤫

To play chuck not in Hiest i almost always go heal gear. The gadget is very strong, but it is good to set up a few of your posts in a way that will allow them all to be connected around the walls in case you use up all the gadgets.

Maisie has no good skins that you can buy. I hope supercell makes one. The only 2 good skins are brawl pass and power league, and she has a 29 gem skin (and silver, gold).
Chuck is great on gem grab and hot zone and bounty. If your enemies are bots. Got to 700 without playing heist so idk i think im sorta knowledgable on playing not heist with chuck. Mainly just gemgrab though

Chuck was in fact used by Zeta in shooting star in a monthly qualifier when he was first released, so maybe he is secretly underrated.

that was only on release, he got a big nerf to his super so it doesn't stay charged when you respawn

You can always make the route less straight to confuse your opponents and to make yourself kind of more annoying.
