The bonus is bs also bc you have to have last years volume plus 1% which is not a good business model at all. The only way to get that is to fuck your merchandisers with product. There’s no future with CCBCC If you start out as a merch. They view you as expendable and you’ll never make more than 50k a year if you are lucky

Back when i was a merch in So cal we were timed, we did not have the luxury to work as slow or diligent as you. i am assuming you have a low volume. then again this was years ago i am not in that field anymore.
I haven't heard anyone being timed before as a merchandiser.. glad I dont have to deal with that, in fact once my 8 hours is up I go home wether I'm done or not unless theres was a mandatory ot which they have to have 24 hours in advance.

Joanna Joy Brucelas Sounds brutal, back when i was with coke we would get max 3 stores and it was usually 1-2 trucks a day and always a no truck stop , 10 hour shifts 3 days off

You can rotate as you merchandise , if you have your own route/stores and keep up with the rotation and have your backstock neat and conditioned it becomes so easy to rotate product

What i don't like for Being Coca Cola Merchandiser here in the Philippines is you have the same rate/wage from the other merchandiser that handling other companies like Chip's or toilet tries that more easy to handle or pull out from warehouse to selling area because that items is not heavy you don't need to use your all energy like a body builder to withdraw that from WH to SA and company like Coca Cola is so many Items like Wilkins water You have 1galloon,7litters x 3pcs ,5litters x 4pcs, Sprite, Royal, Coke up to 2Litters x 12pcs,Minute maid Juice,Lemon Dou and so on like WTF you only paid me 460pesos for 8hrs of work it's just like 9USD in US currency and Here's a thing Coca Cola hire only one merchandiser per Outlet🤣 (outlet means every supermarket) of course as Merchandiser you also need to check your item in warehouse and use FEFO for Inventory and that's why your 8hrs of work is just like hell everyday because of workload but not compensated enough/fairly. That's why after 5days of work i already sent my Resignation letter to my Agency and leave hahaha anyway Sorry for my English i understand a little bit English but not totally fluent when speaking 🤣🤣 PS: I am Male i just using this dummy gmail name for watching vids and subscribe my favourite vid creators here in YT

Each store is different. Each store have a delivery day. And it can take 1 hour a day or 2-3 hours some days
