I have the same cloak and it’s not a limited edition at all and I can’t find a nano particles variation at all, only the regular green screen version. I paid around 60€ for the deluxe version (it’s a bit more detailed).
The picture he shows in the beginning is literally just a lenticular sheet. It moves light around you so that's real. It's the same thing as in those weird little 3d postcards.
