12:52 dryers are very expensive, hard to fix, annoying to use sometimes, takes up a lot of space, can catch on fire if your not careful enough, so, yeah. Hang drying is better
For Italy, yes, but I live in the Sonoran Desert.
The only weather we get is blowing dirt. - But on the plus side, it's hot enough to dry them in 10 minutes.
@Lucillesthename You don't always need to hang them outside, there's foldable drier racks to hang them to dry inside too. That's what I use in my appartment most of the time

The thing with the shrimp is most Americans are not used to seeing a whole shrimp cooked so for some of us who haven't tried it before we think its both odd and interesting so we go a lil bit googly eyed when we see it for the first time.
