Please GOD free me and my mind from my bad past. It's been a year,still I can't free myself from those painful memories. I don't know why,whenever I stay alone, all the sorrows and pains reappear again. I try my best to avoid those thoughts but in the end ,the same thing happens again. It's badly affecting my studies,I was a excellent students before but from the last 3 years I've facing only failure in my academic career. I can't focus on my studies due to those thoughts,I frequently get nightmares,panic attack. I found myself drown in my thoughts for so long even during study hours .
I never share this with anyone including my family members,they scold me a lot due to my bad results. Only You know my situation GOD. I've shared everything with you.
Please free me from my past trauma. I can't bear this anymore.
