How did you get your fences to go on top of the walls? I can't for the life of me get them on buildings, which is a struggle since they are so height limited.
No mod is used on this game, even from the demo you could go to camera and you have the choice on the far left between the view for the walk, top view, diorama view and bird view. I hope this answers your question!
