So I am moving from the Cariboo (lakes only)and thinking heavily of the junction of the Fraser and Thompson Rivers. Who cares if it get's hot when you have two cold rivers running thru town?
Pretty cool music, yes. And I find the natives there to be very nice people. I think I was mistaken there 1 time by a local native woman as a local native, even though I'm white & from central BC. I took it as a compliment! :) And yes, in MY naked eyes, it's the hottest place in Canada!

@@pierrebrunet2284 Hi again, Pierre! Mid-January now, and I'm remembering & missing the peacefulness & beauty of Lytton. My oldest daughter is missing it too. Can hardly wait to return!
Lytton is the 2nd hottest place on Earth right now. The hottest place on earth right now is Furnace Creek, Death Valley CA 50.0 C. If Lytton does reach 47-48 next 2 days as forecast says, it will be the hottest place on Earth.
@@pierrebrunet2284 OMG !!!!! Lytton 47.9 now (118.22 F) . Lytton has broken the official Las Vegas all time record of 117 F. June 30, 2013 and a bit less on July 19, 2005 and July 24, 1942.
False, in Iraq, Iran there is A LOT of places more hot than furnace creek, like An Nasiriyah, Iraq, it's regularly above 50° and it's a city with more than 500.000 people, not a desert like USA... USA like to claim they have the hottest place on earth, but is so false.
Nice to see a video of what was once a nice little village.
It was absolute beauty!.. My eyes are full of tears.💧😨👁👁
Who knew that your casual documentary then would be so precious now with so much devastation! Rise from the ashes good folks!
Thank you for taking this video when the town was still a town🤭I was able to see what the town looked like before it was ravaged by fire 😥
@@freejazzvan - 90% of the town was destroyed.😢
This is my favorite place in B.C . The strongest energy and hottest spot in canada .Natives live there since 10,000 years ago ! Thank you !
A bit too hot for me... but the view of the river from this town is quite nice.
The little town of Lytton is beauty to my naked eyes! :) So glad it's not in the Okanagan; if it were, it would be ruined due to excessive tourism
