There was a wooden chair in the center of the space. The stale air was filled with subtle sounds of water and the image of swirling fish. It was the only place that gave me piece in that hell scape. Water just brings people together. We drink it, swim in it, bathe in it. From the day we’re born to the day we die our lives are full of water. Our bodies are 70% water. From drops of rain to large oceans it surrounds us. Water is known to have a calming effect especially since it’s blue which makes people feel calm and relaxed. If I had to choose and element I would choose to be water.
I live in Atlanta and recognized the Georgia Aquarium immediately! I often go there to sit in front of the massive tank and listen to an ocean-themed playlist I have. Love that you made this!

I went there a few months ago visiting a friend. I wish I was there now, even though I am scared of fish lol. Despite my fear I sat right in front of the glass for a while. I wish I could go there whenever I’m feeling overwhelmed (which is always haha)

Was beautiful and calming ...until the loud abrasive ads interrupted it . Relaxing channels (where people like me go to calm panic attacks and anxiety) are only soothing if they keep their ads to the start of the video only
I feel sorry for those poor creatures. Aquariums are animal abuse, this is not beautiful or okay. It is sick and should be illegal. Instead we should protect the oceans at all costs.
Every note, every keystroke, the entire spectrum of carefully crafted sounds all flowed into my mind and I experienced a sense of calm beyond my expectations. A much needed calm as my thoughts moved away from negativity down a new path, though still far from happy. Memories from the past came flooding back to me, many of which I wished I could erase, but they no longer seemed so unbearable as the time of complete loneliness had passed.

I've been to the aquarium in Okinawa. My jaw dropped when I saw the whale shark tank. I could have sat there all day and watched it
