Toji covers niche situations, Yuta covers general/overall situations. Both are strong, both do different things. Both are good. There is no better - whoever you like most, go for them. That's the answer.
if i use yaga debufer or green momo or even kaito cursed energy effect ( 2nd skills) on toji Will I benefit from it or not because Toji does not have cursed energy, and if he does not benefit from anything, he is the best supporter for him, I mean a supporter in terms of strengthening physical abilities
I think the only buffer who DOESN'T buff Taijutsu is R Yuki, but you're not going to be using him on a Toji team anyway, since he doesn't really need damage resistance.
Toji is better because we are talking about the support of Yuta but is support need curse energy so you need a curse energie support and Toji need nobody and vas better stat and skills

sr nanami and sr momo is good cause they buff damage meaning it works both on jujutsu and taijutsu
