Billy's shock as he walks into the bathroom really made me chuckle, the way you talk about him is so sweet
I also read to my girlfriend before going to sleep, although we mostly read fiction and I tend to make voices at the beginning, then I start to get sleepy and when my voice drops she gets also sleepy.
Billy seems like and awesome dude, and your routines inspire me to be more productive, thanks for sharing.

School here ends at 3 pm. I stay to grade and plan, and then head directly to the gym as well! I used to stay late after school and bring a ton of work home, and I never thought the gym would be for me. Going to the gym pretty much daily and rarely bring working home has really been life-changing!
Thank you for sharing! I love the reset to staying at school about an hour & enJOYing the evening with the gym & loved ones. Billy is an awesome help. It's great having someone like that on your team. Relationships often become so selfish I've heard & notice, & having someone who supports your health and lifestyle is a setup for many amazing decades upon decades of unity & a JOYful love life. Great idea putting your things away as soon as you're home.

@@djthereplay Amen! I see if Often not always. & they model selflessness. Self-care & Taking Care of each other. Not even depending on whose in it, but depending on 'choosing' caring for each other as part of a Team & supporting each other. The smallest gestures can mean much. Some are like, that's her/his issue & I could care less. Car in the shop this weekend, oh well, I'm not getting up 30 minutes earlier to take you first. I'm like seriously?! Why are some together.

Love your evening routine!! The gym is my happy place especially after the hard workdays I have had lately at my job!! Love your cats even though I am not a cat person! I love Survivor too (watched from the beginning (Loved Rudy and Rupert)); I cannot wait to see the twists of this season with it being all winners!! Billy is awesome!!

I do a 2' plank before I leave the house because I just don't want to face it when I get home. lol 10,000 steps are easy to get throughout the workday as my school is huge. If I have doctoral classwork to do, I usually stay at school and do it as opposed to jacking up the atmosphere at home. lol When I get home, it's all about meal prep, showering, tv binging and decompressing.
Nothing wrong with eating on the couch.

My family and I have been watching Survivor since the first season as well!! I love having that family time every week!
I started w/ season 2. We kept getting letters from my Father-in-law. He would watch and ask us questions about the show.
I love survivor me and my stepdad used to watch it all the time and I have the same shower head it’s the best thing ever
We never miss Survivor! I'm pulling for Yul this season. 🥰 I'm a morning person so my motivation to hit the gym is what gets me out of bed. I roll out at 4:30, hit the gym from 5:00-6:15, and then the rest of the day is all school/work/family. The gym is also my favorite part of the day so it's great to start that way! But then I'm in bed by 8:15 :)

The more I watch your videos the more similarities I have with you. I also love black and white. My entire closet consist of two colors. My Jeep is white with black hood decal. I am also a from the beginning Survivor fan. Oh also taught fourth grade for 15 years. Now I teach first. Love your success with five o'clock wake time.

my first episode was JT getting voted off in Game Changers. My older cousins got me hooked and started watching different clips on RUclips in the off season
I use to love working out after work I’d get off at 11 and some nights I’d be in the gym til 2 in the morning just running or whatever.
I just wanted to tell you that I have been watching you since i've started teaching, and just like you I went to the gym everyday after school. After two years of teaching i've decided that I love the gym so much so I put a pause on my teaching career, registerd to a gym coach course, and now I'm a full time gym coach and I love it! Therefor I really liked this video.
Also the fact that I still watching you when I'm no longer teaching means something :)
And I sorry for my broken english, it's not my native lenguage...

Love you evening routine. First off what do you think about this season of survivor? And also have you tried tart cherry juice? It is a natural source of melatonin, and one ounces has the same amount of melatonin as on out you tablets.
