I’m your age and started landscaping around the same age you said you did. I quit about 4 years ago for a completely job and your videos make me miss it! Love the content and you have a great crew! You make me want to make your setup on Farm Sim 🤣
Hey Maggs lawn care a nother awesome videos on your channel u need a nother trailer for the excavator keep up the great work u definitely my favorite RUclipsr
I’m 4 mins into the video and I’m pretty sure I have a good idea of how the dynamic is between you and the employees, most of them like you and are slightly scared of you enough to keep in line, others have issues with authority and need to be removed (Casey), and the rest seem like some solid dudes
I grew up with Nick. Everyone else I found through indeed and word of mouth. If you treat them with respect and pay them well, 75% of guys will stick around for a long time
@@maggslawnandlandscape7060oh ok can you do a video on what u bought first like kinda what u bought in order like maybe u bought the switch and go before the ram maybe u go the track skid before the tire skid by any chance so I know what to buy first and what u wish u bought first?
4 crews, two are full-time mowing. One Landscape, one Hardscape. The mowing crews run off seasonal contracts. I mostly schedule quotes at the end of the day as it is the most convenient time for homeowners to meet.
Love the content. Just started watching your videos. IMO as a landscape/hardscape business owner myself, a couple of those guys get away with too much disrespect towards you
