    Question-So if there had been air when you drew back, would you disconnect and put a new flush on? Do you close clamp first before disconnecting? What about any coagulated blood that could be in when you drew back? I’m in medsurg 1 currently and the facility policy allows nurses to use the iv port to draw blood. Although they often don’t work and we end up drawing from a different vein. That is why i am asking. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos 🙏🏻❤️
